I have a 96 Civic Ex.. the tire on my civic is old I need to change it ASAP. But I am thinking to put the rims on it, however If i change both tires and rims, it will cost much more money than just the new tire.. If U were me would u buy the rims & tires or hudcap( wheel cover)????

Well if I were you i wouldnt put HUBCAPS not hudcaps on my car. Even if thwey were free. Now it depends on what tires you want. If you want a good tire, i sugest Yokohama. There great manufacters that will last a good time. Maybe some 225/45/15, for low profile. For rims, i would go with sonme phat fives from the integra...or the stock civic si rims. But if you wannago more then that, i sugest getting some aftermarket rims and adrop. Just make sure your rims are the same lug pattern (4). Also for every inch u go from stock (15") make sure to get a lower profile tire. I personally like rotas on civics, but you would go with some 5Zigen or Enkei. All together, if you buy a set of tires and some aftermarket rims...around 1500-2500. Tires with stock rims...around 400-1000.
