Default """You will get 10 points"""" 96 Green Honda Civic EX ...RIMs Or Hudcap( Wheel Cover)??

I have a 96 Civic Ex.. the tire on my civic is old I need to change it ASAP. But I am thinking to put the rims on it, however If i change both tires and rims, it will cost much more money than just the new tire.. If U were me would u buy the rims & tires or hudcap( wheel cover)????
