i saw some alloy wheels at junk yard today for a honda accord 98 to 02 sedan 15 inch lug nuts. my question to you is how can you fix the scraches on the wheels? do take it to a repair shop and much is the cost or can you fix yourself?

You can buff them. Deep scratches aren't fixable.

Well, most wheel repair shops charge between 70 and 150 dollars per rim to repair, depending on the type and size, and the finish. Alloy wheels are difficult to fix yourself, and you should definitely have a pro do them
