Does any 1 know if a honda dealership has the tools to change the gear ratios in the rsx engine to make it like the si? because its the same K20a3 engine

You can't just change gear ratios on a production car, you would need to swap out the entire transmission and replace it with the one from the other car. Any service station could do that.

Louis is on crack. Yes you can change final drive ratio. Cost you about $ 1000.00-1500.00

why? it is not worth it on a base rsx. you only have a 5speed an SI is a 6speed. the money you will speed is not worth it for a base. I say save that money and put it to a different car. The type S for the rsx is pretty much the same as the SI. the only thing that is different is something in the engine. (can not remember what right now)I say just to save your money.

Save your money and stop trying to make the car do more than it was designed for.
