Honda accords have three class or they used to DX, LX, EX.DX is the minimal equipted EX max all power sun roof ect. ect. Well with this said V-6 motor is equiped in EX modles.

Here are things I can think off the top of my head:EX- 190 Horsepower (4 cylinder Engine)- 21/30 mileage- 17 inch wheels- single exhaustV-6- 268 Horsepower (6 Cylinder engine)- 19/28 mileage- The v-6 has chrome door handles- 18 inch wheels- dual exhaustBasically, the V-6 is more powerful, so it consumes more gas.
