...introduced in 2006? I bought an 05' accord, i know that they came out with an ipod adapter that is located in the glove compartment for the 2006-2007 model year... will it work in a 2005 model?

look, you will have better luck with things like that by calling a dealership. Call them, ask to be connected with maintenance and ask them. They can definitely give you better answers than anyone on here. But, don't buy anything from them. The jack up the prices like a mother ****er...

yes... it will work... no you can't get them anymore(honda discontinued them) you will have to wait till the 08 re-release of the ipod adaptor is unknown if it will be retroactive
