No. Between those model years while Honda kept most of the body and styling the same, they made a change that makes it (nearly) impossible for you to do that. The headlights are dramatically different. (You could do it if you also wanted to switch to the newer headlights and also swap both front fenders.) However that's definitely not the cheapest thing to do unless you plan on doing all the labor yourself.
