In UK - look to spend about £300 - £400 depending on where you take it.Honda main dealer - look at double that. BEst bet is to find a good local little garage - that will bring the cost down a bit - maybe into the £250 - £300 range.

In UK, could be £500-ish. Unfortunately it's one of those jobs where the price is almost all labour. A head gasket set is only about £50, buy it takes major surgery to strip the engine down, which is what costs. Bear in mind you'll also have to fix whatever problem caused the gasket to fail in the first place. Was the car overheating?
