...Timing is on mark.? Timing is on mark but will not pick up speed to enter Roads or Hwy. When driving straight with no hills it will pick up speed at a slow pace, but not from a dead stop. I don't know if i need a motor or what ?

your description really sounds like you have a restricted exhaust or a catalytic converter that has melted down. Assuming that the car ran well after you did the timing belt and that the timing is right on the mark and this condition just started happening. If it was ok before you did the timing belt but not after then look at what changed.a restricted exhaust will not evacuate the spent gas out of the exhaust and will force the air back up through the intake system. You usually hear a low throaty roar when this happens.another possibility is a restricted fuel filter. you may have fuel pressure but not volume. It would also cause your condition. A restriction in the air filter could do the same, so check the air filter and the bellows--I've seen plastic bags get sucked into the intake bellows and cause this.lastly, it could be that you got a bad tank of gas. I've actually seen people fill up their cars with diesel fuel and the same condition as yours occurs but that usually has a lot of smoke out of the back. However, junk gas would cause it with no smoke.Again, if it was ok before the timing belt but not after then check your work for a massive vacuum leak or the like. If it happened independent of that, then check the exhaust, fuel filter, air intake and fuel quality.hope that helps
