...is on mark.? Timing is on mark but will not pick up speed to enter Roads or Hwy. When driving straight with no hills it will pick up speed at a slow pace, but not from a dead stop. I don't know if i need a motor or what ?

Lotsa potential problems-check plugs for fouling. Check for good spark to the plugs. Check exhaust flow perhaps the catalytic converter's plugged up. Check for plugged fuel line-or clogged fuel filter(s). I'd prolly start with the latter-perhaps you've got fuel starvation under acceleration. Good luck!

check plugs battery terminal or alternator fuel filter fuel pump.

Is it a manual transmission? If so does it rev up but won't accelerate? Maybe to 10mph? If so, my experience says to suspect a glazed clutch.
