Default I got a 95 honda civic, and my high beams and quarter lights work but not my regular lights, what
culd it be? i changed out my light bulbs and the light switch but that wasnt it

probably your dimmer switch is bad...or just the low beam filaments....

Did you touch the bulbs with your fingers when you installed them? If you did, they would blow immediately.Try it again, but handle the bulbs with gloves on or with a rag or paper towel.

Probably the bulk has some problem (out of order) or check the wire.
