Yes. A 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback hood will fit on a 1991 Honda Civic CRX. The way I found out is by checking the websites I provided below.I check on VIS carbon fiber hoods. VIS is a expensive and high quality aftermarket parts provider. I'm not advocating getting a carbon fiber hood, but hear me out. Link number one is a carbon fiber hood for a CRX. Notice the model number is 88HDCRXHBO-010C for the OEM style hood.Now if we go to the second link which is for the 88-91 Civic hatchback it shows the same part number... 88HDCRXHBO-010C.On link number three it shows the 88-91 4 door civic. The part number is NOT the same. It is 88HDCVC4DOE-010C.So VIS makes a separate OEM style carbon fiber hood for the 4-door Civic. Which leads me to believe that the hood for a 91 CRX and a 91 Civic Hatchback are interchangable, while the 91 CRX and the 91 Civic 4-door are NOT interchangable.
