no it is not the same. it is not the same engine either. the best thing to do is call a junk yard and ask them. they can tell you what years will work. i think 94-95, maybe 96-97 but the electronics are diff so it may not work

I don't think you should bolt 2 transmissions together. Unless it is for art. The 90 accord comes with f22aX motor (depending on trim) and the 94 accord comes with a f22bX (depending on trim) .
