Default Where is my reset button on my 94 Honda Prelude Type S?

The alarm went off and now my car wont start. We got the alarm off but it still wont start. We tried disconnecting the battery and putting the key in the door and nothing works. Tried disconnecting the alarm and nothing works. Please help me.

Ah yes good ole honda's. I'm not for certain this is the problem with your honda, but i have delt with an accord with the same problem. Turns out you need to input a code through the radio to get the car out of security mode. Which of course you have to obtain from the dealer. Maybe this will help you.

the guy above you is right, your security system is basically part of your stereo and you probably have a little red light that flashes most of the time near or on the stock cassette or cd player, well, that code he mentioned happens to be a 5 digit code that is vehicle specific, so there isnt any end all type deal, so call a dealer with the VIN number, and they should be able to tell you what the code is, that or the person you bought the car off of might know too...just check the available sources you have...no seller, call the shop...

is it factory alarm or after market did you buy it used?

that code for your radio has nothing to do with the car not starting. are you sure it is a honda alarm? i don't think that they had them back then. prob. aftermarket.
