first thing is to move your front tires back and vice versa, whenever i get new tires i would put new ones up front and older ones in back. next it could be your cv boot. look underneath and look for a black boot that is close to the wheel well. if it is broken and you can see the lubricating grease you need to get that done by a mechanic. if it happens when you hit the brakes it is probably your rotors, and that they are uneven so you need to have them grinded down if possible or buy new ones. usually when you have a bad wheel bearings you can hear it. i have heard from people that they might not make noise, but everytime i have a bad bearing it makes noise. also run your hand down the whole tire and feel for bald spots or anything uneven, if so then you need new tires. hope i helped
