Default Honda Engines what year have they started with Timing Chains instead of belts?
ive heard that newer engines have gone to Chains instead of belts.

Some engines still use belts. I know the 03-07 Accord V-6 uses a belt. If your curious about a specific vehicle, you should call a dealer about it.

Not to be funny....but what does it matter.....you cant convert belt to chain or vice versa...you got what you got. most hondas use a timing belt. I am curious why you ask.......

I know the CR-V changed to a chain in 2002.
