Well the best option is the Greddy E-Manage Ultimate. It has all the features you cold possibly want and then some. It can control you timing, fuel curve, VTEC actuation point, idle RPM, plus all kinds of other things. I currently have one in my 99 civic with a built and sleeved turboed B16 that pushes 497 HP at the front wheels on 25 PSI of boost. It is an amazing piece of equipment.

AEM is the way to go, or you can go with a vtec afc from apexi, the good thing about AEM is that you can program it from your laptop (aside from the fact that it is plug and play)i work for usautoparts.net, i have all kinds of ECU's for your car. Edge, AEM etc.
