I filled up gas just last week, and just a couple days ago, my 2007 Civic just gulped up about 3 bars (gallons?) after going about 40 miles one way. I've always thought that the 2006/2007 Civics have like about 30 mpg city. Should I check whether my tires are properly inflated or not? I've been using my A/C on a regular basis (I don't turn it up on full blast on hot days).I only drive local road, no freeways yet.

Hello.... you wont get 30 mpg city, 30 highway with a 4 cylinder.... you should get 300 miles easily to a full tank in a honda civic... I would say around 20 mpg city and 30 highway are what you should expect..... with a 4 cylinder.... lower with a 6 cylinder.
