Default is projector headlight legal?

i'm just wondering if the projector headlight is legal for street driving because in my town i never saw any car with projector headlight

YES, if proper light pattern is produced. Dodge used to offer one as auxilary highway driving light back in 1960's!

Yes, I believe they are. As long as they aren't tinted red or blue (emergency colors). I live in the midwest and I am running projectors, haven't been pulled over yet.

almost always: NO. Theyre usually the wrong color, and not directed at a legal angle/height.

As long as they're not tinted red or blue, they are legal. Make sure you get them adjusted to the proper angle when you have them installed - some are very bright and can make it hard for oncoming drivers to see.
