I have two doors from a 05 civic ex coupe with the door panels, window, motor, etc.., and I was wondering how hard will it be, and if it can be done, and what needs to be done.

You're ready to go, dude. You have options, you can replace the entire door unit and paint them to match, or (better) remove the interior panels from the spare doors first, (for practice) then open one of your door panels. Compare them. They should be the same. Simply remove the hardware from your door and install the hardware from the spares onto it. Youj will probably need to do some creative wiring. Buy a Chilton's Manual.
