well the law varies from state to state. If your car has to go through a smog of emissions check every year or biyearly, you will not pass with a set of individual throttle bodies. It will not pass the visual inspection, and it will not pass emissions when you need it to idle. ITB's are very dirty at idle. Sorry, if you live in one of those states. I do, and california is the most strict.
