Are you leaving one of the lights on inside the car like the map light or even the raido if you have a light in the trunk then that might not cut off i've seen some with lights under the hood make sure that cuts off

Are you sure the battery isn't just knackered,if you are try pulling out the fuses 1 at a time and leave it over night to see if it makes any difference,if the batterry is ok in the morning you've narrowed down what it is,does your radio work with the ignition off coz that could be favourite!

On an old car I had I put in a new trunk light. The bulb was the wrong type though and did not shut off when I closed the trunk. It stayed on continuously and killed the bettery. Just a thought.

What a bunch of stupid answers! Obviously, lights on in your car could be a valid reason, but based on the question you asked, I can go ahead and assume the rest of the information you left out, youve probably jumped the car and checked to make sure that everything was off when you had to turn it off, only to find out later after you drove it that the battery is dead again! Well this my friend, is simply the work of none-other-than our good friend the alternator. Located under the power steering pump on the right side of your engine, this crucial piece of your car is responsible for recharging your cars battery every time you turn it on, because your battery drains heavily every time you turn the car on so the starter can turn the flywheel and start spinning up your transmission and crankshaft to start up the car. This is not something uncommon in a car like yours and an new alternator should run you around $75 to $100 not installed. Installation is dependent on what you have around you, but try to do it yourself, it's not as hard as you think if you have a Helm's manual. Good luck my friend!
