my 99 Accords moonroof squeaks a bit more than id like...seems to be just the rubber rubbing against the seal. Luckily it holds a seal and doesn't leak, but is there anything I can do such as lubrication or reconditioning that would silence the squeak/rattle noise?

Lemon Pledge furniture wax (the spray type) makes an excellent rubber lubricant for things like this.
