...acttting up? could this be an electrical problem and if so would it need new wires plus how much am i looking to spend

It could be the fuse or one of the bulbs for the lights. If one bulb is out it will make the rest of the circuit out as well.

it is electrical.check your fuses first.and your flasher fuse might be burnt out did you change out the bulbs?.do all this first then take to the shop.if your own check does not work.

your car is 15 years old it is entirely possible that a computer problem is at hand. Take it to Auto Zone for a free diagnosis and if it is then they can help you.
