not sure about the se and si, they must be sport models or something but the order of the other are DX - LX - EX with DX being the most basic and EX having a lot more extras.

Si all the way. Si is the top notch of all the civics, both performance and accessories. It will always be more expensive just because it's an Si. The Ex is the same thing as the Si, It just depends on the year of the car. Honda didn't make a 92-95 Si Coupe, they called it the Ex coupe. They did however make a 92-95 Hatchback Si and a Del sol Si. The Cx, Hf, or Hx are the lowest of the different generations of Civics we see out on the streets. All base models. You can usually get these from 1 gee to 3 gees depending on condition. Getting any Si for a gee or 2 is a steal. Hope this helped. Best of luck

just like the buy above me said, Si all the way, only bad thing is, is that insurance will be more expensive just because its the sport model. other than that it goes ex, lx, then dx. ex being the most expensive and the dx being the least expensive. if your looking to build the car i would go with the cheaper dx because your going to be replacing everything in the car anyways but ex has the power windows, power locks blah blah blah stuff like that.
