Which one would you guys recommend and dont give me any crap about "econo" cars. I know the d15b is just a d16z6 head with a d15 bottom end but anyways which one would i get better off boosting and i was thinking d15b because first off i can find them easily, cheap, and for low mileage and second i cant find a d16z6 if my life depended on it or if i did find one their mileage would be like ******* hella high! So thanks. Any input would be great just no crap. and could u guys please leave b series out of this. I know they are great and all but...just leave them outand o yea... the d15b is the JDM vtec one not the shit usdm one.

limit the boost to 7lbs unless you have low compression pistons like 8:1http://www.vecco.com/honda_kits.htm

I would recommend the D16 turbo because of the displacement. Make sure you dont go over 7PSI considering it may affect engine parts. If you need to go over 7PSI, try have a compression ratio of 8.1, HOPE THIS HELPS AND GOOD LUCK!

There really isn't going to be much of a difference at all. Honestly, you're talking about a difference of a few hp and a few tq. Just get what you can find for cheaper, and more readily available. If I were you, I'd also try to get the P28 ECU (D16Z6 ecu), for whichever one you go with. Otherwise you'll have to deal with the 1-wire O2 sensor, and having a jdm ecu that isn't as easily chipped as the P28 (unless you go with hondata S300).
