I noticed my brakes lights won't go out and when I tried to start my car my brakes were locked and the car would not start. All the lights and on the dash came on, but it would not turn over. When I took the key out it was still kinda running. It was making a sound like a vaccum. And a little smoke was coming from it.

You have amajor short circuit. I hope you have fire insurance because it may burn.

Is it one of the new ones? If it is, it may be a lemon [Honda doesn't make many at all].Even if it isn't, you need to get it away from your home, Call Honda Service IMMEDIATELY, it is a short circuit, and your car has about a 75% chance of bursting into flames anytime.

if you can get someone to un hook the battery cable from this one until you can get it checked,it sounds like its got a real bad short in the wiring ,and needs to be checked ,even if you get it started don't try to drive it like this,good luck on it.

Why did you buy the car? Didn't you know that Honda's break down like every other car and will just cost more due to expensive parts?

I'd tow it to the closest dealer.
