Depending on the body shop you go to and the quality of work done there the price is going to differ some and some other factors will increase the bill as well, for example if you have custom paint on your civic vs stock colors. A replacement bumper is in the neighborhood of $160.00 and labor rates can vary from state to sate but are usually somewhere around $30.00 and $60.00 an hour and shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to fix from paint to installation. whats wrong with it? some chip crack or needs a new bumper, they might charger upwards to $500 for a new one and painted so you need to give us details
