It sounds like you need to get your shocks/struts checked out. As your car rolls from side to side (turning or hitting bumps) your shocks and struts keep the car stable. At first I was thinking you're either low on power steering fluid or completely out, but that really wouldn't make too much noise hitting a bump, only turning the wheel. It would start out as a groan when the fluid is low, but then go to a really high pitched squeal when empty, with some metallic rubbing sounds. But I'm willing to bet it's the shocks.

ball joint, like a tie rod end or control arm joint. Shocks don't squeek, you just get real bouncy repsonse from dead struts. When the grease and boot is ripped from the ball joints, it's metal on metal contact.

I had the same annoying rusty squeak come outta 94 honda prelude, i thought it might be the struts that needed to be replaced, but when i took it for a checkup, the mechanic told me there was play in the sway bar link that was makin the noise.

I had the same problem.. thought it was a million things, took it to the mechanic and it was a pretty basic problem.. check the tyres.. yano how on the roads when you get the tar and stones mixed together, these get stuck in the car tyres and its extremely common with honda accords. Take off your tyre as normal.. can almost gurantee you're gonna find some of those stones in there, I use a screw driver to flick them off and voila.. no more of that annoying sound that makes you feel like your tyres are about to fall off.

Hope this helps.
