Your electric fan is going out and you need to change it before it totally quits and burns up your engine. I am just guessing what kind of car is it? Could be thermostat as well but probably has an electric fan on the radiator.

Check your cooling system. Make sure your radiator is filled with half anti-freeze and water. And also the reservoir. If its full then you may want to change your thermostat.

Hi! Assuming you did not add any other mechanical device in your engine or modify it. My best guess is that you have a radiator clog or leak. Not enough cooling liquid is flowing around your system. Check the following first: 1.) Radiator - it may need overhauling, cleaning or better yet replace it. 2.) Hoses & Pipe - check and replace all worn out hoses or pipes which causes leaks. Now if that does not help have your Air Conditioner cleaned first. Check the pump, freon, evaporator, drier. Replace damaged components. With that you will help bring down the temperature. Also have routine maintenance on your engine. Good luck and hope I helped a little.

My honda was actually doing the same thing. Well there are Three Sensors. 1 talkes to the gauge, 1 to the fans and 1 to the engine. There is on near the cap and rotar that costs around $30 and there is one right on the thermostat housing that is about $ 30 as well. There is also one that is thiner and is near the one by the cap and rotar that is not a plug type just kind of goes covers a pilot type end. The other 2 are actualk plus. Well if that fails I guess you could try your thermostat. If not than something with the radiator. Hope that helps a little. Well I have a 93 Accord and it seems like the temp. fluxuates and it was 1 of those that fixed it ended up spending $60 but it is running great now.
