Unless you're looking at a base 3000 GT vs a GT500, the Mustang will get better fuel economy.It will also be more reliable (with any engine), and faster (except perhaps when comparing V6 mustangs to the 3000GT VR-4).The 3000 GT was unreliable and over-weight. The only reason to get one is that they look good.
