either way you will make out about the same , in 10 years something will need work done to it , anyone who keeps a car ten years anymore is almost unheard of

CIVIC!!!! i just got a brand new civic totally better than the 3000GT. The Mitsubishi will brake dwon on you so much that fuel will be the least of your worries. the civic gets 30/40mpg in a 140 horse power with an i-vtec SOHC 1.8 liter engine. CIVIC it is built way better and will last you more then 10 years if you change the oil and do basic engine mainnence.

Hmmm... A car over 10 years old or a newer one? Pretty easy choice there. The 3000GT would be the sportier of the two but remember that even with 25k miles on it there would need to be a LOT of preventive maintenance on this car. Belts, hoses, etc. would have deteriorated. Even if these had been replaced you'd probably need to consider doing so again. You also would have no warranty on the car. Plus, I'd have to question why a sports car like that would have such low mileage... Did a 90 year old woman own it? Probably not likely. There could be hidden things you'd never know about. The Honda, on the other hand, does use cheaper fuel, much less fuel, and it is a new car. You'll have a 3/36k warranty on it as well. You may be saving 8 grand on the front end but keep in mind that by the time you add in depreciation and upkeep costs the Civic would probably come out less expensive.
