...even the engine? I have a Honda Accord LX 92. I put the battery the wrong way and it gave me a little spark. Then i put it the right way it was suppose to be put. Tried to turn on the car and NOTHING TURNED ON...NOT EVEN THE ENGINE...NOTHING. It''s like theres NO battery on the car when i turn the key. What can it be?!?!?!?!

you probably blew some fuses, and maybe fuse-able links, alternator, starter, its hard telling not knowing, but start with fuses, the ones under the hood

Have you checked the starter,or alternater?It could even be faulty wiring.

You blew a fuse! Check the fuse box under the hood. It will have a few larger fuses that are 50 up to 100 amps. they are clear on the top and you should be able to see which is blown by looking at the copper strip in the fuse.
