it has 485 miles and every so often, at an idle, it goes like brrrr for half a second and feels like a little shake.

It might be your a/c turning on.

a lot of cars do this because for emissions and fuel economy the computer runs the engine very lean,meaning that the engine is barley running in a sense,some cars,like Mazda's will give a little shudder when you turn on the headlights
