how can i program a 2003 honda accord ex car key.?

Due to the circumstances i.e. there is no way to transfer data to the key, I would suggest you contact your dealer and pay to get a key programmed. It definitely isn't worth the headache. Secondly, it isn't very easy for just anyone to do it since the coding is provided by a chip that is contained within the key itself, thus you would have to remove the chip and do the programming using some special equipment.

If you are simply looking to program the remote lock and unlock, you will find instructions at www.driveaccord.net. If however you are searching for a way to have a key set up to be able to start the car, I am aware of no one outside of the honda/acura dealer that can do this. They have a system called HDS that connects to the car immobilizer system. HDS is sold to other shops, but this part of that software is disabled. This is pretty crappy, because I like to have extra keys, but its nice to have lower insurance, since it is hard to steal these cars. Good luck.
