I have a Honda Accord 200 V6 and I need to buy 4 new tires. Pep Boys is running a special, buy 3 get the 4th one free. The onyl tire they have in my size is the Definity HX700. I've never heard of these tires before , does anyone have any info on them and if it is worth the 430$ (77$ mail in rebate)to buy them?

look around, that sounds lke a bit much for 3 tires... my advice, look around

Most off brand tires sold through chain stores are junk. If you can afford an Accord V6, you can spring for good tires.

Sam's Club usually has a good price on tires. My parents have a membership there, and I think it was around $350 for 4 tires for my 95 Accord V6.

My girl's car has "Pep Boy's" brand tires on it and they seem pretty decent. She hasn't complained in the 3 yrs she's had them. I read somewhere that PB tires are actually Cooper tires which are a decent brand. One of the best places to look for tires (on the net) is www.tirerack.com . They have a good selection and priced cheaper then most stores.

That sounds too expensive. Go to the Firestone/Bridgestone store and get some good UNI-T tires. They will also give you free rotation and flat tire repair for free, as long as you are the same owner.
