You can't go wrong with either one. It depends on your personal preferance. Generalyl speaking, Honda's tend to be a little more "driver oriented". That means that they have better steering feel, firm suspension and braking and a ride that is firm but not harsh. The toyota is geared a bit more towards comfort than sportiness. Toyotas tend to have "squishy" brakes, and less road feel but the trade off is comfort. They are a bit softer feeling. So it's up to you.

The Honda will have more power, if you plan to actually use it off road, go Honda. If you want a comfortable drive go Toyota. You'll probably pay more for the Honda. Both are excellent, just look into your wallet and decide.
