Remove the steering wheel. Remove the lock plate. Remove the blinker switch assembly. Beneath that is a small screw holding in your ignition cylinder. Take that out and the cylinder should slide right out. Installation is reverse.

it simple.go to the nearest accredited honda repair shop and let the technician get rid out your ignition cylinder....

Sometimes there's a special tool you can get at the dealer. That's what I had to do for my jagoff ex father in law's Mercedes.
