Um, I would guess not much. If I'm not mistaken, the non-Si has some variant of the D-series engine, not the K-series in the Si (much more potential). With cold-air intake, maybe a header or something, stuff like that, another 15-20hp would be pretty good.Obviously I left out the possibility of a drag turbo kit, which would run you like $5000+ and wouldn't be good for a stock engine.

The MOST, about 215 HP. Of course this includes a complete engine build from the crank up (crank, rods, pistons, cams, cam gears, valves, valve springs, retainers, clutch, flywheel, fuel rail, fuel injectors, complete fuel management system, and of course a turbo.) all together looking about $12,000-$15,000 or just swap in a K20 get the same amount of horsepower for half the cost.

As adding things on an intake, header, exhaust, delta cam(google it) custome grind, and maybe a 50 shot of nitrous about 50-70 more whp. Turbo kit & S/C 60-80whp
