The correct answer to this is about $8,000 to do it correctly. You will need the tranny, tranny mounts, ECU from the 5-speed car, The wiring harness from the 5-speed car, axles from the 5-speed car, shift linkage, the shifter itself, shift knob, the different center console to accept the stick shift, the clutch master cylinder, all the hydraulic hoses/metal hoses, clutch pedal, and various other parts. All honesty it would be cheaper to buy a 95 or newer GSR thats already a manual. Most shops charge "flat rates" to do stuff such as this. All the shops in my area (east coast) charge between $2,000-$3,000 JUST IN LABOR to do this swap.
