My security system never activates when it should be triggered... I don't know why it won't work. The rear left power lock dosen't work for some reason, but I just keep it locked all the time. Is this why the security system will not activate??

The Actuator may be bad, if security system works as one source all of the actuators should respond. Check your wiring, the actuators could be bad too. Honda has had some issues with that component. To answer your questions, yes they all need to work. They are all connected to one source for the Security system so unless one is broken it will not work anyway...and the rest will but this will not affect the install. They system will still try to activate the component even if its defective, it just won't work thats all.Good luck
