The dealer has checked it out and said everything is fine but obviously it's not. Anyone else have this issue?

I haven't heard of anyone with that problem, but check the battery cables and the ground to the chassis. If not that then the diode or windings in the alternator could be going out. Good LuckPS if it is the alternator or ground it will continue until it is obvious what the problem is.

I have not had that issue with a Honda...but I did have a similar with a Mist. Montero and the wipers working some times and not others.I switched out the fuse and never had another problem.Best.

Try going to another dealer, obviously there is something wrong and this is a new car.
