I agree with the last answer, and I'd like to add a little to it. The regular Prelude was actually caaled the S trim level. The Si (as you already know) is the upgraded performance model. The S model came with a wheel covers on 13" wheels, AM-FM stereo radio, power steering and brakes, tilt steering wheel, grey painted bumpers, full instrumentation, digital clock, fold-down rear seatback, and the Preludes trademark power moonroof. Power was supplied by a 2.0 litre twin carbureted 12 valve engine producing 100 hp.Si models were had all of those features plus standard air conditioning, power windows and mirrors, an AM/FM stereo cassette w/ equalizer and power antenna, cruise control, 14" alloy wheels, rear spoiler color-keyed bumpers, and plusher interior. The "i" in the Si name stood for fuel injection. It essentially had the same SOHC engine as the Si but with the addition of fuel injection to give it 110 hosepower and slightly better fuel economy. There are probably other differences but these are all I can remember off the top of my head. Ihope this helps.
