...rpm goes down? my car actually does this twice a day when a stop sign my rpm meter goes down to the 2 line on the rpm and shake a little bit like wanting to turn off does anybody had this problem before

I have had this problem, and all it turned out to be was I was low on antifreeze. Sounds wierd, but that was my fix. You could also have a broken vacuum hose.

Sounds like a leaking, or broken vacuum hose.
