How do I go about putting a roof rack onto my '94 Honda Civic? I am not particularly interested in carrying anything, I just would like to add a nice touch to the appearance of the car.I don't own a roof rack, so I would need to get one. Did Honda make one that was fairly common, that would have been installed on one which is currently in a junkyard, or do I need to get an aftermarket rack?Thanks!

I checked with two online retailers of Honda accessories (handa and College Hills Honda) Neither went back as far as 1994. I would suggest looking at Thule racks (www.thuleracks.com) and see if their solutions sound good. They cost a bit, but not any more than a Honda one would have, and they are of good quality. do you really want a roof rack? maybe you could get some new rims or a new paint job or a spoiler?? i personally think roofracks on civics look wierd, but whatever.. you could hit up ebay and see what you can find..
