Default changing the anti freeze

Hi All;
I have “Honda civic 2002” , and I checked with the car agency in my country and they told me that I should change the anti-freeze for my car each 80,000 KM , but I have read a lot about the anti-freeze over the net and all the sites say that we should change the anti-freeze every 40,000 KM , so any one can advice
