Your CV joint(s) have failed. Have them repaired ASAP.

two things to check - first check the brakes possible calipers loose or brake pad hardware worn out.2nd - check the cv boots - see if they are torn - normally you would hear a clicking noise while turning for the cv joints, but if they are real bad you can hear them while driving
