The mazda 6 is very close in gas mileage and reliability, better warranty too! You will save close to $3000 dollars on similiar cars. If you need help I sell cars for a living. It is the second cheapest car to insure and alot less maintance.

A 2004+ Pontiac Grand Prix. If you want a car with a sportier veneer but want to stay economical for reliablility and gas mialage, this is a great car for you. A base 2004 Grand Prix is about $11,000 and comes with A/C, power windows, everything that you would expect. The base and next level up models get 20 city/30 highway miles and takes regular gas.The car suffers from poor resale value but is proving to have great reliability. It is one of GM's best selling cars and it looks awesome too.

ok let me just say that you should forget about price and think about quality. any gm car or chevy will break down on you WAY more than a honda. and hondas can run up to about 300,000 miles on one motor that i've seen from experience at a honda dealership. i know they are expensive but maybe go to a different year of accord i have an 02 that i paid 11,995 for on the lot and they have more that are cheaper. stick with accord. i can say from experience that i'd never trade price for quality.hondas dont die. remember that.
