I want my civic to have a VTEC engine for a bit of an extra kick. In The autotrader i see 1.5 models for sale listed as "1.5i LS VTEC" or "1.5LSi VTEC" or just "1.5 VTEC" or 1.5 LSi"is there any difference? thanks for any help!

no the 1.5 vti is the vtec model

U see all those models u have mentioned about have VTEC engines.Its the standard engine provided in Civic 1.5 models.So just get into any model u and your pocket like.

if you want a good kick from a civic you want to by a 93-94 civic 1.6vti this is a very fast car, the red line starts at 8000rpm, drive past 5500rpm and you will fell the differance in power, all in all, a very good car.
