bad, why waste money on a 115 hp vehicle? to gain 5 hp?

Unless you are running a turbo then no. Even then you should only replace the catalitic converter with a test pipe, and still run a muffler.

Due to the high compression, it will be very loud. Just exchange the rear box for a nicer sounding one, there is'nt enough to gain in exchange for the loud and harsh soud you will get.

It will be loud! If you're looking for a little hummm, then do a cat-back. It won't be as loud.
